Our Signature Wedding Package

This package is for the wedding ceremony only

Pricing: $2000 for up to 300 guests (over 300 additional chairs must be rented for an additional cost)
There is an additional charge of $500 if wedding is at the lake.
The use of the house and grounds, wedding coordination and the wedding ceremony.

Use of the grounds

• including pavilion, banquet room and gazebo
• Use of Bride’s room- available two hours before your ceremony and until the end of your event.

Wedding Coordinator

• Includes two appointments to discuss wedding and desired expectations.
• Directs wedding procession and recession and 1 hour rehearsal

All weddings -
-  Use of chairs, 655 staff will set-up chairs according to your personalized wedding plans.
- Decorated Table for Guest Book
- Golf cart service for prior and after event  
- Two Candelabra’s
- A lake ceremony is an additional charge of $500
- House Pedestals and House Greenery

• If the weather doesn’t cooperate, a tent must be rented for your wedding and reception, for an additional fee.
